Kathy has worked for 35 years in the banking industry.  She is the former Ephrata branch manager of Washington Mutual Bank.  She has also worked as a bookkeeper for Chris Jacobson Excavation.

Tandra was hired as Floor Manager for the Thrift Store after "starring" as an effective and energetic Thrift Store and Ephrata Food Bank volunteer.  Tandra is responsible for all donated merchandise intake and organizing all items on our showroom floor.  She also takes the lead on Thrift Store pick-ups and deliveries.  Tandra is a wonderful success story for the ESC, and an example of how "mentoring" can change lives.

Roberta brings both experience and education to the ESC.  She is a former Billing Specialist for a local ophthalmologist, Office Manager for a home inspection business, and co-owner of a general contracting business.  Roberta is a graduate of Heritage University, majoring in Business Administration.
